This morning out of the blue I received a phone call from PA to the owner of Arighi Bianchi, Macclesfield in response to reading the blog posting previously available via this url. Until then I had been left with a rather sour taste after a recent less than average experience with purchasing furniture at the store. She has invited me to the store to meet the owner to discuss my experiences and offered to buy my wife and I lunch.

Now I already feel better about the whole experience, and for the time being have removed my original posting about the furniture. My intentions are always positive about making comments regarding service I receive. I look forward to meeting Mr Bianchi and will obviously report back to this blog the events.
