Clients stuck in the 90's

I impliment news lists on the home page of a site using views and RSS feeds, they ask me to remove the RSS feed and want scrolling news. Arrrgh! Removing RSS is like saying "I don't want anyone to know about my site content and I don't want visitors". This attitude is simply insane.
