As a Drupal fan and Apple iPod Touch addict I was keen to download the iBloogger application from the App store.
Configuring access was simple. You need to ensure the Blog and Blog Api modules are turned on. Then configure the Blog Api module to have at least one content type assigned.
Next you must check the your input formats are configured correctly. You need to be sure the br
and
tags are set in the HTML format. That is all the drupal configuration complete.
All that is needed then is to add a Drupal account in iBlogger on your iPhone. This is easy, just select drupal from the list, supply your sites URL, then username and password and off you go.
The app is much faster than publishing via safari. Features include assigning taxonomy terms, adding links to the footer of a post, deleting existing posts.
There is no facility to add photos but honestly for the low price £0.59p you can't gripe too much. An awesome tool, now I can even blog one handed whilst my baby daughter sleeps in my arms!
