Sometimes you stumble across tools which you wonder how you managed to work without them before hand. The Fireshot Firefox Extension is one of these. It provides the facility to not only take a full screen shot of web pages, including below the visible area (where you would need to scroll down), but then offers the ability to crop, blur, annotate before saving as a jpeg or png file.
